Fluffy meringues crusts are made from fine-porous frothed mass of whipped egg whites with flour and sugar. It is light and easily breakable.
During transportation maximum temperature shall be not higher than + 35 ºC
The products shall be stored in clean dry premises, which are not contaminated with cereal pests under the temperature not exceeding 25°С and relative air humidity not more than 75%. It is not allowed to store the products together with the goods which have the specific aroma . The crusts shall not be exposed to direct sunlight.
Sugar, water, top grade wheat baker’s flour, dried egg whites, maltodextrin, gum arabic, emulsifier-cellulose powder, thickening agents: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum.
