Shortcrust pastry forms basis for making different bakery products since it ensures ideal combination with any filling. It is often called sandcake pastry since it is rather crumbly. Crusts from shortcrust pastry “Cheroka” are the finding for sweet tooth people, since they allow to make various cakes experimenting with a variety of products.
During transportation maximum temperature shall be not higher than + 35 ºC
The products shall be stored in clean dry premises, which are not contaminated with cereal pests under the temperature not exceeding 25°С and relative air humidity not more than 75%.
It is not allowed to store the products together with the goods which have the specific aroma . The crusts shall not be exposed to direct sunlight.
Top grade wheat baker’s flour, sugar, water, margarine [refined deodorized oil (sunflower oil, palm oil, modified sunflower oil , modified palm oil, coconut oil), water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate, soya lecithin), preservative additive- sorbic acid, butter flavor, carotene -food coloring, acidity regulator- citric acid anhydrous ], egg products, natural honey, cacao powder, raising agents ( ammonium hydrocarbonate, sodium hydrocarbonate)), “vanillin” flavoring, acidity regulator- citric acid anhydrous.
