— Puff pastry fish pie

You ‘ll need

Ingredients

  • Cake crusts Napoleon-Cheroka
  • 300 grams
  • canned fish ( pink salmon, tuna) 1 can
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 average size carrots
  • 1 average size onion
  • cheese 200-250 grams
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper by taste

Cooking method

Crush canned fish with fork, mix with mayonnaise .Peel carrot and grate on using shredded grater , cut onion and brown together with carrot, chill and mix, add mayonnaise by taste. Boil eggs, cool and grate on using shredded grater. Add mayonnaise, mix. Grate on cheese using shredded grater.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180⁰ C or in microwave oven for 3-5 minutes
