— Puff pastry pie with eggplant

You ‘ll need


  • crusts Napoleon-Cheroka 300grams
  • 2 average size eggplants
  • 2 average size tomatoes
  • bacon 250-300grams
  • several dill sprigs
  • cheese 200-250grams
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper by taste

Cooking method

Cut eggplant into small cubes, fry using vegetable oil till ready and chill. Cut tomatoes into small cubes, mix with eggplants and mayonnaise. Cut bacon into slices, fry without oil, cool. Cut dill into small samples. Mix with cheese grated on shredded grater.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180⁰ C or in microwave oven for 3-5 minutes.
