The product defrosted before sale is to be additionally labelled 'defrosted', with an indication of the date of defrosting and the expiration date. After defrosting, the product must be stored at a temperature of (4 ± 2) ° C for no longer than 15 days. After unpacking, the product is stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 12 hours.
